The academic marks will be calculated as follows:
- Class X: English + best 4 subjects.
- Class XII: English +best 3 subjects.
- Shortlisting for Written Examination:
All candidates who meet the minimum eligibility criteria will be shortlisted for the written examination. The written examination will serve as the basis for further shortlisting for the viva-voce stage based on merit.

Note: To qualify for the viva-voce a minimum of 50% in written and to consider for final selection, a minimum of 70% in viva-voce is required.

Experience Consideration (PS2–PS3 and Above)
- Only experience accrued in a Professional Service Cadre after completion of a Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree shall be considered.
- Study leave will be treated as active service

Additional Notes
- Incomplete application and/or non-submission of any required documents will be disqualified.
- Scanned copies of documents are acceptable during application; however, originals must be produced during the interview for verification.
- The RMA reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of intakes, or not to recruit any candidate, depending on the qualifications, experience, and capabilities of the applicants, as well as their performance during the interview process. The RMA also reserves the right to select the next candidate based on the merit ranking in the event a selected candidate withdraws.
